Returns/Exchanges

We offer one time free return valid upto 15 days from the date of delivery of the product.

  • Please see our RETURNS/EXCHANGE page for detailed description on How & When the returns are applicable.

  • We have a hassle free returns Policy. You can return or exchange any product within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in an unused condition as received. Following are the steps to place a returns request:

    • STEP 1: Visit the RETURNS CHECKLIST to read the requirements for preparing for return.
    • STEP 2: Click on PROCEED TO RETURN, it will take you to the RETURNS CENTER.
    • STEP 3: Enter your details to fetch all your Orders,select the Order you would like to consider, and finally select the product you wish to return.

    Once we've received your return request, we'll review the request and arrange for a pickup within 2-3 days from the date of approval of request.

    In case Pickup services are not available for your area pin-code, We will request you to self-ship the package to our location:

    To simplify things, we require you to place a RETURN REQUEST for the product that you've received, and place an order for the new product that you desire.

    Yes, We do have Pickup services available for the products from your place, provided the pincode is serviceable for Pickups. In other cases, we request you to self-ship the product back to us using any cost-effective courier provider.

    In such cases, we request you to visit the RETURNS PAGE to return the product you've already received. You can place a new order for the product you wish to order separately.
